Data deletion

Last updated: 12 September 2026

If a business uses a WhatsApp bot, AI voice agent, or business brain system that Sendr built, this page explains how to have your personal data deleted from that system.

Who to contact first

The business you messaged or spoke with controls its own customer data and decides what happens to it. Contact that business directly using the same WhatsApp number, phone number, or contact details you used to reach them. Most requests are handled fastest this way.

Requesting deletion through Sendr

If you can't reach the business, or you'd like Sendr to help, email narayana@sendr.work or message us on WhatsApp. Include:

We'll confirm we've received your request within a few business days and pass it to the relevant business. Once the business approves the deletion, or where we're able to act directly, we'll delete your data from our systems within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your WhatsApp or voice conversation history, any personal details collected through that conversation (such as your name, appointment details, or enquiry notes), and call recordings or transcripts where they were kept. Some information may be retained for longer where the law requires it - for example, records a business must keep for tax or accounting purposes.

Facebook and Instagram Login

If you signed in to a Sendr-built tool using Facebook or Instagram Login, you can also remove the app's access directly from your Facebook or Instagram account settings, under Apps and Websites. Removing access there stops the app from receiving any further data about you; it doesn't automatically delete data already collected, so also follow the steps above for that.
