Terms of service

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These terms apply when you (“you”, “the client”) engage Sendr (“Sendr”, “we”, “us”), an advertising and marketing services agency based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India, to build or run WhatsApp automation, AI voice agents, business brain setups, or related systems. By paying an invoice, signing a proposal, or asking us to start work, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Sendr designs, builds, and operates automated systems for your business - for example WhatsApp bots for booking, support, or marketing; AI voice agents; and business brain setups for organizing your team's information. The exact scope, price, and timeline for each engagement are agreed separately, in writing, before work starts.

Payment

Refunds

If you cancel a project or request a refund, we'll refund what you've paid minus any costs already incurred on your behalf - for example AI model usage, WhatsApp messaging fees, phone/voice minutes, or other third-party API credits consumed in building or running your system. We'll show you an itemized breakdown of those costs on request.

Ownership of systems we build

Unless we agree otherwise in writing for a specific project, Sendr retains ownership of the underlying workflows, configurations, prompts, and technical setup used to build and run your system, and continues to maintain and operate it on your behalf. You have the right to use the system, and the outputs it produces for your business (such as your customer conversation data and records), for as long as you're an active client. This isn't a transfer of our underlying code, templates, or methods to you - if your project specifically involves us handing over full ownership of the build, that will be stated separately in your proposal.

Your responsibilities

AI and automated systems

Our systems use AI models to understand and respond to messages and calls. Automated replies can occasionally be inaccurate or make mistakes. We work to keep them accurate and to route anything they shouldn't handle to your team, but we can't guarantee that every automated interaction will be correct.

Service availability

We aim to keep the systems we operate for you running reliably, but availability can be affected by things outside our control - outages at WhatsApp, AI model providers, telephony providers, or other third-party services we depend on. We're not liable for interruptions caused by those third parties.

Ending an engagement

Either of us can end an engagement with written notice, as specified in your proposal. If you end an ongoing engagement, we'll stop billing for future periods and, where relevant, help you transition off the system within a reasonable time. Fees already paid for work completed or costs already incurred are not refundable, subject to the refund terms above.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sendr's liability to you for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from the use of the systems we build.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page when our terms change and revise the “Last updated” date above. For an active engagement, we'll let you know before a change that materially affects it takes effect.
